Stefania Tonetti is Head of Mission Analysis at Xoople, where she leads the design, modeling, and optimization of the mission architecture behind Earth’s System of Record™. With almost 20 years of experience in mission analysis, space systems regulations, and program management, she plays a key role in shaping the performance of Xoople’s constellation.
Before joining Xoople, Stefania spent over a decade at Deimos Space, progressing from Project Engineer to Project Manager for Earth observation programs. She led mission analysis activities across the full mission lifecycle, from early concept development through to implementation, working with both institutional and commercial customers.
Stefania began her career in research and higher education at Politecnico di Milano, where she completed a PhD and contributed to teaching and research in aerospace systems. Today, she brings deep expertise in mission design, constellation optimization, and space systems engineering to help drive innovation in Earth observation.
