Milena Napiorkowska is Senior Applied Scientist at Xoople, where she develops advanced AI and Earth observation capabilities that transform satellite data into actionable intelligence. With more than 15 years of experience spanning remote sensing, machine learning, GIS and environmental science, she specialises in applying cutting-edge analytics to complex challenges across climate, land use and Earth system monitoring.
Before joining Xoople, Milena held scientific and machine learning roles at ARGANS, Sylvera and Terrabotics, where she developed AI-driven solutions for monitoring forests, land cover, infrastructure and environmental change. Her work has focused on applying deep learning and geospatial analytics to help organisations better understand and respond to real-world challenges.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Deimos Space, ESA ESRIN and the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography in Poland, contributing to Earth observation and environmental monitoring programmes.
