Milos Colic is Vice President of Engineering, Products and Solutions at Xoople, where he leads the teams responsible for transforming Earth’s System of Record™ into products and solutions that customers can adopt, trust, and scale. Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, and commercial strategy, he focuses on turning complex technical capabilities into practical outcomes that create measurable value.
Before joining Xoople, Milos held senior leadership roles at CARTO and Databricks, leading engineering organizations, product delivery, and geospatial innovation initiatives. At Databricks, he spearheaded the development of GeoBrix, a widely adopted geospatial analytics framework, while helping shape data governance and platform capabilities for complex, regulated industries.
Earlier in his career, Milos worked at Amadeus and went on to hold leadership roles at Barclays, where he delivered data platforms, analytics solutions, and decision-support systems used across complex organizations. At Xoople, he brings together expertise in product engineering, geospatial technology, and organizational leadership to help organizations unlock the full potential of Earth Intelligence.
