Gonzalo Vicario de Miguel is Head of Mission Models and Tools at Xoople, where he leads the development of the mission analysis, orbital dynamics, and planning capabilities that support Earth’s System of Record™. With more than a decade of experience in Earth observation and satellite mission design, he specializes in turning complex engineering challenges into scalable operational solutions.
Prior to joining Xoople, Gonzalo spent more than eight years at Deimos Space in a range of engineering and leadership roles covering mission analysis, flight dynamics, and software development. During this time, he contributed to numerous Earth observation missions and constellation studies for organizations including ESA, EUMETSAT, and Copernicus.
An Aeronautical Engineer by training, Gonzalo brings expertise in mission planning, constellation optimization, and space systems engineering. At Xoople, he helps shape the tools and technical frameworks that enable effective mission design and long-term operational success.
