Xoople and GMV announce broad Partnership for the Flight Operations Software (FOS) for Xoople Constellation and Earth Intelligence applications

Tres Cantos, Spain – October 14, 2026 – Xoople S.L. (“Xoople”), the company building Earth’s System of Record™, and GMV, a global leader in Satellite Control Systems (SCS) and Flight Operations Software (FOS), today announced a strategic partnership spanning both the FOS for Xoople’s satellite constellation and the downstream development of Earth Intelligence applications.

Xoople is building a continuously updated representation of physical change across the planet by combining Earth data, scalable cloud infrastructure and advanced AI delivered through an end-to-end data infrastructure system. As a key contribution to this, GMV will leverage its suite of FOS products and deliver a dedicated operational system to Xoople, to enable the operations of its Spanish-registered satellites from the Mission Control Center in the Xoople’s Tres Cantos headquarters. Built using European technology, this FOS will serve as a control hub supporting the deployment and operations of Xoople’s pioneering constellation, reinforcing European tech resilience and sovereignty in space infrastructure.

GMV brings decades of experience developing mission-critical software for satellite operators, space agencies and governments worldwide, with capabilities spanning satellite control, flight dynamics, mission planning, operations automation, data processing and user services. Its experience includes software for large satellite constellations, providing a strong foundation for supporting Xoople’s growth.

The partnership between Xoople and GMV will extend beyond mission control into downstream collaboration, exploring joint use of Xoople’s data to support GMV’s own applications and the development of shared solutions.

“Xoople requires a strong partner who can provide flight operations software solutions that scale with our ambitions and plans,” said Xoople CEO, Fabrizio Pirondini. “GMV brings the expertise, technology and European foundation we need to turn a complex satellite constellation into a continuously operating Earth intelligence platform grounded in European space infrastructure.”

“Xoople’s ambitious constellation places demanding requirements on the software supporting its operations,” said GMV General Manager of Space Systems, Enrique Fraga. “We are proud to have been selected as Xoople’s flight operations software partner. We look forward to bringing our experience in automation-based satellite operations software solutions to support Xoople as it progresses from initial deployment to constellation-scale operations.”

Xoople’s selection of GMV reflects the importance of proven flight operations to Xoople’s Earth data platform, supporting the operational backbone of the constellation and the development of new applications that translate Earth Data into enterprise-ready intelligence to customers around the world.

This quickly succeeds Xoople’s recent partnership announcement with KSAT, who will support the downlink of large volumes of Earth observation data from Xoople’s satellites to the global KSATlite ground station network and enable rapid delivery of information from space to users on the ground.
