The company, a pioneer in Earth intelligence (EarthAI), will strengthen Europe’s strategic autonomy by offering revolutionary solutions that will transform key industries.

Madrid, 3 December 2025 – Xoople, the Spanish-born Earth intelligence company developing the next generation of AI-ready Earth data, today opens its global headquarters in Tres Cantos, Madrid. In parallel, Xoople, which has closed several rounds of financing this year for more than €135 million, has also launched its “Early Access Program”, an exclusive model that allows global pioneering companies to access and tailor Xoople solutions under private preview.

Xoople’s technology will usher in a new era of Earth AI by delivering a consistent, high-quality, AI-ready dataset that can be combined with other enterprise data sources to gain a new level of understanding about changes on the Earth’s surface and their impact. In combination with natural-language queries, Xoople’s data will help every person, organization and business to uncover patterns, detect change as it unfolds, and receive actionable insights in order to make better decisions, faster.

The technology Xoople is creating positions the business, Spain, and Europe as pioneers in Earth Observation, bolstering the region’s push for greater AI sovereignty.

A hub for innovation

Xoople’s new facilities in Tres Cantos are designed to foster creativity and collaboration, with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including modular spaces, auditoriums and co-working services. The 4000 sqm space will not only house Xoople’s global operations but is also intended to attract and nurture the next generation of digital native AI talent. The opening of Xoople’s headquarters is expected to create more than 300 new, highly specialized jobs directly in the region, and hundreds more indirectly.

“We are at a crucial moment where public-private collaboration allows us to move towards strategic autonomy in Earth data,” said Fabrizio Pirondini, CEO of Xoople. “From our new offices in Tres Cantos, we will reinforce our mission to transform key sectors such as transportation, financial services and agriculture through the use of our EarthAI technology.”

The mayor of Tres Cantos, Jesús Moreno, expressed his enthusiasm about Xoople’s establishment in the town: “The arrival of Xoople confirms Tres Cantos as a strategic centre for innovation and aerospace technology, strengthening our position as a leader in cutting-edge sectors. These types of projects reinforce our economy, generate quality employment and consolidate Spain as a global benchmark in artificial intelligence.”

Bringing Earth intelligence to market

Xoople’s Earth intelligence solutions have the potential to transform industries, promoting efficiency, mitigating risk and fostering environmental sustainability whilst also generating positive economic impact. The launch of the company’s Early Access Program is the first step in commercializing Xoople’s product offering to create impact.

“The launch of our Early Access program allows us to collaborate directly with key market players, accelerating the adoption of our solutions and generating significant economic impact,” said Pirondini, who added: “Thanks to the support of our main investors, we are not only leading technological innovation, but also creating quality jobs in strategic areas, strengthening business competitiveness and promoting sustainable development in Spain and beyond.”

Together with industry leading partners such as Microsoft, Esri and Databricks, Xoople remains committed to enhancing the country’s capacity for innovation, whilst boosting business competitiveness and the development of solutions to global challenges.

With this office opening, Xoople is not only opening a new physical space, but also a platform for creating economic opportunities, attracting talent and promoting Spain as a leader in the global technology industry.
