The competition is open to residents of the United States only and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over only. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Xoople, its partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entries must be received by the close of the event on 17th July 2026
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The prize is one drone (approximate retail value: $300) The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the entry form within 14 days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Xoople reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize will be shipped directly to the winner at an address provided by them. Xoople is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Xoople, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By entering the competition, participants agree that their contact details may be used by Xoople for the administration of the prize draw and to contact the winner. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Xoople’s Privacy Policy found here. Xoople will not use entrants’ details for marketing purposes without separate consent.

Xoople reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this competition shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. By entering, participants agree that any claims shall be brought solely in their individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
